| Roger received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati. His professional background includes employment with several firms, including Senior Architect with the City of Cincinnati, specializing in a variety of types of architecture. His interest in regional architecture is expressed in his ongoing work on renovations of historical buildings, including Cincinnati's City Hall. |
| Roger is a registered architect in Ohio and Indiana. |

Jay is a registered architect with 30 years of experience in design, production and construction observation of various types of projects. His experiences range through all major project types
including: health care; institutional; educational; commercial/retail; religious; residential; interior design. His involvement in the community is reflected by his work as associate pastor at Trinity Baptist Church in Newport Kentucky. |

| Janet L. W. Cotner |
| After obtaining two degrees at the University of Cincinnati (Bachelor of Architecture, Bachelor of Arts in Art History), Ms. Cotner has gained experience in a number of areas, including architectural design and documentation as well as facility analysis. She has pursued her love of art through the Ohio Arts Council, Arts in Education Program as an Artist-in-Residence. |
