Received Low Income Tax Credit Financing and Historic Tax Credits through the Ohio Housing Finance Agency.
Total renovations of the building to create modern housing for 41 mentally ill and formerly homeless people. Building received entirely new floor layouts while respecting the original floor plan, new services and elevator. A new historically sympathetic addition was created and the exterior was completely renovated to its historic originality.
HARKAVY HALL
This building a received total renovation to create modern housing for 31 mentally ill and formerly homeless people. Features included entirely new floor layouts while respecting the original floor plan, and new services and elevator.
GRAND AVENUE APARTMENTS
A complete restoration of a dilapidated apartment building restoring it with completely modern amenities providing 37 studio and one bedroom apartments for a low income population. The building features a gathering space with kitchen and a meeting room for the residents.
